“The people I met at Bass Camp showed me that electronic music is just as legitimate as baroque, jazz or rock. Learning about different methods of DJing, different synthesizers, history of certain drum beats and even free styling was the most interesting thing I have done as a producer and musician. The most helpful thing as well.”

“Podcasting was really fun.. it helped me with my acting skills and reading skills. I really liked Olive a lot, she was super nice to me. She was a really good teacher. She explained a lot about podcasting. She didn’t just give us papers and tell us to say something, she explained it. She had us do warmups; and every day we played a game, which was really, really fun…I really felt engaged in the class, it helped me with a lot of skills like reading. When I first got in here, I wasn’t reading with too much expression… and now I feel like I read with a lot more expression.. I feel like podcasting was a really good class and Olive was a really good teacher.”

This class really let me bring my inner self out. Not just performing to impress someone, I just get to be myself and I don’t have to change myself in this class, I can just be who I am. This was honestly the best class ever.”
