Lane Arts Council is pleased to present the November 6th First Friday ArtTalk, featuring Henk Pander.  The ArtTalk will take place at Lane Community College’s Downtown Center (101 W 10th Ave) at 6pm, with an artist reception immediately following the discussion.
Pander’s probably best known for his official state portrait of Governor Tom McCall, which hangs in the capitol in Salem.
