Internationally known Oregon visionary artist Rick Bartow and his Portland gallerist, Charles Froelick, of Froelick Gallery, will present during Lane Arts Council’s First Friday ArtTalk on April 3, 2015. Bartow and Froelick will talk and show slides, with Bob Keefer moderating the discussion, at 5:30 p.m. in The Studio at the Hult Center. Admission is free, although donations are graciously accepted.
