The annual ArtSpark fundraiser is underway to provide funding for artist residencies in the Eugene School District 4J. This year we offer supporters many ways to give and participate.

ArtSpark Silent Auction, Raffle, and Wine Wall

The ArtSpark 2022 silent auction and raffle is a celebration of Eugene’s culture and arts community with dozens of items including art by local artists, arts experiences, and unique Eugene offerings. It is also an easy way for you to participate from the comfort of your own home.

Bid on artwork donated by 25 local artists in mediums including acrylic, oil, watercolor, mixed media, sculpture, and wood. Also up for auction are experience packages such as the “Out & About in Eugene” package featuring electric bike rentals from Pedego Eugene, a visit to Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art, breakfast at Off the Waffle, a treat at Handel’s Ice Cream, and drinks at Oakshire. 

Take a chance on the raffle featuring Lane Arts Council’s Eric Braman offering a not-so-serious wine tasting lesson. Paired with a group painting lesson from Art with Alejandro, this unique “Wine + Art” experience is tailored for you and eleven of your best friends.
And don’t forget the wine wall! A $35 pull may get you a $50 bottle from Sweet Cheeks Winery or a bottle of imported German champagne

ArtSpark Kick-off Party and Silent Auction Preview

It’s been a long time since we’ve been able to visit with you! Drop by our Kick-off Party on April 23 from 4-7pm at the Midtown Arts Center, 174 E 16th Avenue. Enjoy hors d’oeuvres and sweets from Acorn Cafe, wine from J. Scott Cellars, and beer from Bigfoot Beverages. Preview the silent auction items in person and make your wine wall pull. Live music is provided by Mambira & McLaughlin and guests will enjoy a “pop-up” performance from Eugene Ballet. Please register in advance!

ArtSpark Virtual Fundraiser

Join us for the ArtSpark Virtual Fundraiser on April 27 at 7pm to celebrate arts education. You will hear testimonials from teachers, our teaching artists, and business leaders and participate in our interactive art lesson. The raffle will be conducted toward the end of our program and together we will cross our fundraising goal of $40,000. Be there to see it happen! Please register in advance to let us know you’ll be joining the virtual fun.

Whether you choose to participate in the silent auction, raffle, wine wall, or just contribute what you can, our collective efforts will ensure arts opportunities for every elementary classroom in Eugene School District 4J. Help ignite opportunities for kids to make art in school!
