MEPAA received funding in 2019 for the Grrrlz Rock Festival.

The Community Arts Project Grant prioritizes projects that emphasize accessibility to underserved audiences and provide arts programming that takes place in the City of Eugene. Individuals, groups, and organizations can apply for projects happening between July 1, 2020 and June 30, 2021.

Competitive project proposals demonstrate strategies for community impact and provide access and inclusion to underserved and underrepresented communities whose opportunities to experience the arts are limited by ethnicity, economics, or disability. Proposals might include exhibits, performances, festivals, workshops, events, programs and other examples of arts and culture projects.

The grant program is administered by Lane Arts Council, and funded by City of Eugene Cultural ServicesBanner Bank, and individual donors.
