Celebrate Eugene’s vibrant art scene during the October 6th First Friday ArtWalk, kicking off Visual Arts Week! Pick up your ArtWalk guide at Farmers Market Pavilion (85 E 8th Ave), enjoy artist remarks, an Artist Marketplace, drinks by Thinking Tree Spirits, and musical performances, and then take a self-guided tour of the galleries and art venues of Downtown. The monthly First Friday ArtWalk is from 5:30-8pm and always free.

Kick off the beginning of Visual Arts Week with:
- Make your own BEAM lanterns and hats: Join the ArtCity crew and a slew of Old Slug Queens to create your custom lanterns and hats for the BEAM events on October 13-14.
- An Artist Marketplace (top image)
- Mayor’s Art Show Awards
- 5:50pm – Cultural Currents Installation Tour, led by Jorah LaFleur
- Live music by Differant (6:30pm – middle image) and Jen Sennett & Cooper Morris (7:15pm – bottom image)
- Cocktails by Thinking Tree Spirits and foodtrucks including STYR Comfort Food, Lot Dawgs, and Yeti’s Shaved Ice.
