Lane Arts Council is seeking a Program Administrator to support arts education programs and provide administrative and event support for community arts initiatives.

The Program Administrator will work closely with Lane Arts Council’s Arts Education Manager as well as schools, teaching artists, and the greater Lane County community. This position reports to the Program Director.

Application review will begin May 20, 2024. The position will remain open until filled.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a full time position with a salary of $40,000 per year. Benefits include paid vacation, holidays, sick leave, medical and dental benefits, and retirement contributions after three years of employment.

Travel & Hours

This position may require travel to schools throughout Lane County. Hours are primarily weekday with occasional evenings (particularly on the First Friday of every month). After onboarding, there is some flexibility to work partial hours remotely.
