K-2 Mathematical Paper Arts with Victoria Wills: Lesson 2
LIVE on Wednesday, November 4th at 9am
Program Description
Students will craft a mask representing a creature living on their invented planet. After envisioning the range of creatures that call their planet home, students will be prompted to consider the design of their creatures identifying if they are scaled, furry, or feathered; if they live on the land, in the water, of in the air; and how they survive in this original world. After crafting a mask of this creature, students will be encouraged to explore the movement and sounds of this new creature.
